Session 2: Responding to ADHD
This session provides strategy templates that apply to the most common ADHD challenges, allowing participants to respond more successfully to their own ADHD circumstances.
Includes how to respond to :
emotional outbursts, task management (chores, homework, routines, etc), distractibility, forgetfulness, and time blindness
(The templates for session 2 apply to anyone experiencing the challenges listed regardless of having ADHD or not)
